HOW TO ENTER: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. There are two (2) ways to enter the Contest.
1. To enter with a purchase, during the Contest Period, scan your PC Optimum card using the PC Optimum or Shoppers Drug Mart App at the time of purchase at any participating Shoppers Drug Mart store location.
2. To enter without making a purchase, on a plain piece of paper clearly print your full name, full address including postal code, daytime phone number, date of birth, your PC Optimum account number and include an original, hand written essay between 100 and 250 words telling us why you love Shoppers Drug Mart and mail it in an envelope bearing sufficient postage to: Shoppers 60th Anniversary Contest, c/o Shoppers Drug Mart, 243 Consumers Rd, Toronto, Ontario M2J 4W8.
