Saltwinds coffee features our Ocean air infusion process.  This process is inspired by the days when coffee first arrived in Canada on wooden sailing ships.  Back then the clean ocean air would have infused the beans.  Saltwinds recreates these conditions in our coffees, causing a change to the coffees, resulting in coffee that is less bitter, smoother and more flavourful. 

Saltwinds carries a line of high end, cafe quality coffees.  These coffees start with the world’s best quality coffee beans.  They are then ocean air infused to further improve the beans (reducing bitterness, making them smoother and even more flavourful), and then we select the highest quality flavouring specifically selected to elevate the existing flavour notes of the coffee beans.
