To participate in the Egg Noodles Tasting, you will need to complete this Pre-recruit Survey first. If you meet the criteria, you’ll be invited to continue to the tasting.

If you are selected to participate in the follow-up tasting, we will ship the Egg Noodles samples to your home at the address you provide in this survey.
