Bowzer Box Review ~ January 2017 ~ Snow Day!
Today I received my first ever Bowzer Box for my Chihuahua puppy. He is 6 months old, and I figured I wanted to try different treats and toys for him. So, when I found Bowzer Box, which is a Canadian Subscription dog box, I decided to give it a try.
It arrived nicely packed in a box, with a Bowzer box sticker on the outside. When you open it, you will see the brochure telling you what the theme is for the month, and what treats and toys you are getting in the box. This brochure is quite handy, it lets you know where the items are from and gives you a bit of info on each item.
My Chihuahua has not stopped playing with the two rubber toys he got this month. He is truly enjoying rolling the blue ball around, and the green bone is great, since he is losing his baby teeth, and this is helping him. Plus the green bone has places in the back, that you could hide treats for your dog to find.
So far, my boy has tried the Dog Bites from Salisbury N.B. and just loves them. Myself I am quite happy with these treats as well. There is only 1 ingredient in these treats, beef lung. No chemicals, No preservatives, No GMO….these treats are perfect and healthy for your dog.
The other two treats he has not tried yet, they are Fruitables Bioactive Fresh Mouth Dental Chews and Look Who’s Happy Tempt’n Tenders. I am not sure I will be giving the Fruitables Bioactive Fresh Mouth Dental Chews to my Chihuahua, they are quite small and hard. He does not seem to like treats that are hard. The Tempt’n Tenders I am sure he will love and the list of ingredients are all healthy and again no chemicals or preservatives.
The last thing in the box, with a Fou Fou Brand – Fou Stick. I have used these before for my Sheltie’s to protect their paws. The Fou stick is perfect for protecting little paws, by making a barrier between the harsh winter conditions (snow, salt, sand) and summer’s unforgiving hot pavement. The Fou stick is made with all natural ingredients including coconut oil, and beeswax. Plus the company Fou Fou is a Canadian company located in Richmond Hill, Ontario.
